I'm Priya, a certified life coach, mindfulness practitioner, and founder of Mindfully Priya. I am so happy to have attended the Mindfulness for Mothers course last month, it has completely changed my view on parenting, how I relate to my children and deal with typical daily stress from being a mother. The course is very well organised and presented, and Priya provides with many resources and tools. Priya is very approachable, thoughtful and caring and checks up on you throughout the course, even in between sessions. I missed one of the sessions but she invited me to come earlier on the next one so she could give me an overview on the session I missed. I couldn't recommend this more. If you want to understand your child better and learn how to handle emotions in the family, this is the course for you!
