Nicoleta Dodoiu

Pilates Instructor

I'm a certified Level 4 Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping people feel stronger, more aligned, and at home in their bodies. I hold a comprehensive Pilates qualification through Future Fit Training, covering mat-based, equipment, hot Pilates, and pre/post-natal instruction. I also have a Level 4 Diploma in Nutrition accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health, which deepens my understanding of how movement and wellbeing are connected.

My teaching style is inclusive, breath-focused, and intentional. I aim to create a calm yet energising space where every client, no matter their experience level, feels supported and seen. My classes are designed to build deep core strength, improve posture, and promote mindful movement, with thoughtful cueing and progressions to suit all bodies.

I currently teach regular Pilates classes at The Gym Group in Sutton, including hot Pilates, and have also taught at Fitness for Less in New Malden. In May 2025, I had the opportunity to teach guest Puppy Pilates sessions with Puply, which allowed me to explore a more playful and community-oriented approach to movement.

Whether I’m leading a group class or working one-on-one, my goal is to guide people to move with more ease, confidence, and awareness. I believe Pilates is not just about physical fitness but about building a deeper relationship with your body. I’m currently open to new teaching opportunities in London—especially in welcoming, wellness-focused environments where I can bring my energy, experience, and holistic approach to the mat.

What I love the most about my work?

I love teaching Pilates because it empowers people to reconnect with their bodies, build strength from the inside out, and leave each class feeling better than when they arrived
