Hi, I’m Laurie Clare Howard, a certified Holistic Health Coach and Natural Chef, passionate about helping women balance their hormones and feel their best through food, lifestyle and intentional living. My own health journey is what led me here. After years of struggling with PCOS, mental health, irregular cycles, bloating, skin issues and hormone imbalances, I realised that conventional advice wasn’t getting me anywhere. It wasn’t until I began exploring holistic nutrition and started using food as medicine that things began to shift. By making intentional changes to the way I eat, move, rest and nourish my body, I was able to reclaim my energy, rebalance my hormones and reconnect with how I truly wanted to feel and now I help others do the same.


I’m a CNM-certified Health Coach (DipCNM, mANP), trained Natural Chef, and currently studying Biomedicine as I work towards my Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy Diploma to further deepen my knowledge of how nutrition impacts the body on a physiological and biochemical level. Through 1:1 health coaching, I support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, out of sync with their bodies or stuck in cycles of fatigue, sugar cravings, poor digestion, skin flare-ups or irregular periods. Together, we create simple, sustainable strategies around nutrition, lifestyle, stress and mindset that support balance and overall wellbeing without perfection, pressure or restriction. What I love the most about my work?
