I first came to Pilates whilst training in competitive figure skating. Alongside training, I could clearly feel the benefits it brought. I felt stronger, more flexible and more aware of how my body moved through space. As a professional performer I also used Pilates most days to keep my body strong and injury free. I provide a range of different classes, from Pilates and Stretch Classes to more dynamic classes. My aim is to make clients feel strong, mobile and empowered in their bodies.

Corporate Pilates

I offer classes tailored specifically for those with desk-based or sedentary jobs. My sessions are designed to support better posture, lift mood, and strengthen the core, helping to counteract the physical toll of long hours at a desk. With a focus on accessibility and ease, these classes are suitable for all levels and provide a welcoming space to move, reset, and restore balance to both body and mind.

Retreat Pilates Teacher

As a passionate and adaptable Pilates teacher, I both host my own retreats and collaborate with other wellbeing practitioners to offer tailored Pilates sessions in retreat settings. My teaching spans a range of styles, from dynamic and energising to slow and flowing, allowing me to meet the diverse needs of retreat participants. All classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, welcoming all levels of experience for a deeply grounding and revitalising movement experience.

Festival Pilates Facilitator

I offer engaging and accessible Pilates classes at festivals, helping participants reconnect with their bodies amidst the buzz of the event. My sessions provide a grounding space to move, breathe, and release, whether as a gentle morning reset or a dynamic flow to energise the day. Open to all levels, these classes invite people to slow down, tune in, and feel at home in their bodies, no matter the festival setting.
