As someone who has always loved movement from a young age, I understand the importance of finding joy in movement. I found the benefits of Pilates in my late teens & immediately felt the benefit of the mind body connection from my practice. Alignment, is a Pilates principle that I encourage in every class. I want clients to leave class feeling a little bit taller, confident and gratitude for themselves.

The benefits that Yoga brings to your mind, body & ultimately your overall health is next to none & how a regular practice can enhance your day to day life. My classes encourage clients to move, connect mind & body & ultimately find joy in movement.

I’m currently living and working in the area around South West London with my partner, Charlie. You might hear me mention him in class. I enjoy running and have completed three marathons and one ultra marathon. I often tell myself, ‘This is my last big challenge!’ But for some reason, I continue! Charlie and my best friends say I always stay true to myself & I wouldn’t have it any other way!
