Hi, I'm Amy.

I support women in their fertile years to reconnect to their innate wisdom, so they can heal from irregular cycles, painful bleeds and have the knowledge of how to awaken their fertility.

I do this by creating transformative spaces and experiences that weave together the eastern and western, and the physical and energetic aspects of healing. I offer 1-1 coaching and mentoring support as well as physical treatments which weave together facials, reiki, sound and crystal healing for transformational deeply relaxing experiences.

I also create crystal bracelets with affirmations - a physical touch point of an affirmation paired with a contrasting crystal around a goal you are working towards perfect for retreat gifts and presents as well as yourself.
